Huayi Chemicals Co., Ltd. owned privately, was founded in 1989. Since then, Huayi has become one of the leading producers in China for intermediates of pharmaceuticals, agri-chemicals and pigments. Meanwhile, we also specialize in static isotopes, ultra-pure chemicals and customized synthesis of various precursors for nuclear medical applications.

Production facilities
Being a leading manufacturing company, Huayi Chemicals is operating several different production facilities in Jiangsu Province. Our company covers an area of 300,000sqm. Each individual production facility is designed for certain particular chemistry.

Huayi Mocheng Factory is focusing on the regular production of various naphthols and fast red basis mainly used for manufacturing high quality pigments.

Huayi Lianyungang Factory is also manufacturing the regular chemical intermediates for high quality pigments.

Huayi Haiyu Pilot Plant is specializing in customized synthesis for specialty chemicals in pharmaceuticals, agri-chemicals and various precursors for nuclear medical applications.

Huayi Isotope Company, cGMP certified, is one of the largest O-18 water producer in Asia, supplying with O-18 PET water, high purity D2O water, double labeled water and other static isotopes labeled compounds.

Huayi Donier Company is producing the ultra-pure chemicals for electronic and semiconductor applications.

Huayi Hichem Company is manufacturing the Intermediates for pharmaceuticals and custom synthesis compounds.

Technical competence and chemistry
Totally our company has the reaction capacity of 500,000 liters consisting of various reactors from 20 liters to 50,000 liters, glass lined and stainless steel. The following chemical reactions have been practically performed in our daily operations: halogenation, reduction, amidation, esterification, acelation & chlorination, etherification, benzylation, oxydization, chlorination & sulfonation and nitration.

Research & development
Oriented on high-tech developments, Huayi has been continuously paying great attention to research & development.

Huayi Haiyu R&D Center covers an area of 2000 square meters is well equipped with facilities. Various research and development procedures can be conducted for organic compounds, organic expertise and medical chemistry.

The Joint Laboratory of Huayi and Changshu Science & Technology College is located in the campus of Changshu Science & Technical College. Here we are concentrating on the research and development of various Isotopes labeled compounds, precursors for nuclear medical applications and other professional purposes.

Totally, Huayi Chemicals has 35 engineers, technicians, PhD holders, professors and senior engineers. Meanwhile, Huayi has contractual relationships with three major chemical research institutes and universities in Beijing and Shanghai. 2 academicians and 3 researcher fellows are our contractual consultants.
