Shandong Shantui Construction Parts Co., Ltd. is a joint venture funded by Shantui Construction Machinery, Shantui Machinery Company and Japanese Komatsu Co., Ltd. Our company was established on November 25th, 2002. Our company covers 50000sqm, including a workshop of 32000sqm. Our company mainly produces booms, arms, buckets, track frames and blades for excavators, blades for bulldozers and booms and frames for backhoe loaders. Our annual production capacity is 20000 sets of booms, 40000 sets of arms, 30000 sets of buckets, 1000 sets of track frames and 5000 sets of blades for excavators, 2000 sets of blades for bulldozers and 2000 sets of booms and frames for backhoe loaders.
Our company has 2 bucket production lines, 1 boom production line, 7 arm production lines, 3 shot blasting lines and 2 painting lines, 100 highly efficient position varying machines, IGM and Panasonic 9 Roberts and 5 highly efficient marching centers made in Korea. Our key welding process is done by Roberts; machining process is guaranteed by machining center and surface treatment is processed by the reputable brand equipment. Our process invention, production management, equipment assurance and quality control reach the internationally advanced level. We have 12 series of products which are applied in excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers and backhoe loaders. Our products are exported to America, Germany, Japan and the UK. Our company passed ISO9001 certification issued by SGS in April, 2005. Our company was regarded as the new high-tech enterprise by Shandong Science and Technology Commission in May, 2005 and also obtained ISO14001 environmental management system certificate.
