Shanghai Yuanyue Light Industry & Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002, and is strong in the design, R&D and manufacturing of pharmaceutical machinery.
Our company has two production bases (located in Qingpu District and Jingshan District respectively) with a total covering area of 40000 square meters, with workrooms of more than 12000 square meters, more than 100 units (sets) of processing equipment and more than 200 staff members, including 16 project engineers (2 professors, 3 senior engineers and 11 engineers) and 26 all kinds of management personnel. Our management idea is "accepting new ideas, working in high efficiency and innovating on research to provide new products and better serve customers".
With our development, our company has formed three series of products, including complete natural raw material extracting and concentrating equipment, pharmacy-use steel vessels and vacuum belt continuous dryers, totally more than one hundred products.
Our company has become one of the largest manufacturers in domestic pharmaceutical machinery industry. Our company gathers domestic advanced technology of cold rolling, polishing, project design and installation. The products cover pharmaceutical industry, biological industry, food, milk and chemical industry and get good comments on quality, performance and appearance. Since 2005, our company has been awarded as Shanghai Hi-Tech Enterprise by Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. Our company has got the Project Approval of Innovation Fund for Small and Medium Technology Based Firms of National Ministry in natural raw material extracting and concentrating complete equipment. More than 20 products have national special patents.
Our company is awarded AAA Credit Enterprise, Star Enterprise and Outstanding Enterprise of Liangtang Town by each function department of local government of Qingpu District. In 2006, our company got D Grand Manufacturing Qualification of First and Second Type Pressure Vessels. The production bases have passed ISO9001 Management System Certification.
In 2007, our company cooperated with East China University of Science and Technology and built a small trial base of Shanghai Modern Chinese Traditional Medicine Industry. The base supplies small trial production and technological test support to users and labs for Chinese traditional medicines.
The overall technical cooperation with Shanghai East China University of Science and Technology and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine keeps Yuanyue Company advancing in China in the same field in technical innovation and new product development. All technical indexes of vacuum bet continuous dryers, multi-functional extraction and concentration units, thermal compressing devices in double-efficiency of Chinese traditional medicines and auto-decoction machines are proved to be advanced domestically by National Authoritative Organizations. The research on above products decreases the cost of production and increases the production efficiency.
