Playach is a leading and well established sweater and knitwear exporting manufacturer in Dongguan of Southern China since 1996. Most of our customers are those internationally branded ones from USA and European countries. Our factory is a privately owned business with well-equipped workshops and well-trained workers. We produce over 6 million pieces of garments yearly and all knitting in our factory is done by computerized machines of which the majority of them are the most advanced ones from Japan.
We are strong in doing most kinds of sweater and knitwear in different gauge,especially those styles with woven inserts or special function washing treatments. In material-wise, our expertise is making sweaters of cashmere, wool, cotton, linen and viscose,etc. We can do product design and R&D independently on our own. The whole factory is being run with professional and sound management plus the assistance of advanced computer systems to secure the efficiency and effectiveness throughout the whole production flow. Our factory has attained ISO 9001:2008 and BSCI certification from SGS and passed different factory compliance requirements from our different customers.
