Established in 2002, Tai zhou kaifeng die mould Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of precision injection mould, die casting mould and gas injection mould.
Based on a 4000-square-meter factory, and the support of more than 100skillful employees, we have a wide range of advanced equipment assisting mould manufacture. Specifically, we have high speed CNC milling center, big CNC milling machines, EDM, WEMD, deep drilling machine, plastic injection machines and measurement equipment, such as CMM and Mitutoyo projector.
Applying advanced CAD, CAE, CAM software and I-M3 mould ERP management system, we can design and produce high quality products to meet customers' diversified needs. Moreover, we have been supplying many mould products to famous customers involved in automobile, air conditioner, electrical tool, game machine cover, computer, TV set and washing machine field. Meanwhile, almost 80% products are selling well in America, Europe and Asia markets.
