Located in the southwest part of Shanghai, E-Young Electronic limited company covers an area of 7000 square meter with 3000-square-meter workshops. Today, we employ more than 100 staff including 6 technical experts and 5 senior managers.
We are the designated Manufacturing and R&D Centre of Institution of Automation affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Being a well-reputed sheet metal working supplier of household electronic appliances in local area, E-Young has gained more than 10 years' processing experience in the manufacturing industry including sheet metal fabrication, electrostatic paint spraying and microcomputer panel. The annual revenue of E-Young is RMB 30 million to RMB 50 million, making a significant contribution to the local and national economy.
Currently, we process the flat pieces and coiled strips with different materials including aluminium(1100-H14, 3003-H14, 5052-H32, 6061-T6), steel, iron, brass, copper, tin, nickel, titanium, stainless steel (304, 316, 410) and other materials with high magnetic permeability (laminated steel cores). Our advanced equipments enable us to customize the products for our customers such as different materials, gauge (thickness), shapes, colours, and sizes.
Today, with our sturdy techniques and workmanship, we can make car bodies, electronic appliances, white goods, medical tables, bins, flues, roofs for building, tool boxes, fire cabinets, laundry cabinets, stationary cabinets, lockers, electric boxes, transformers, electric machines, letter boxes, security boxes, shelving & racks, rifle & pistol safes, brackets, decorations, souvenirs, corrugated steel sheet, sheet metal parts & components and many other sheet metal processing products.
Our forming processes consist of deep drawing, cutting, perforating, spinning, press brake forming, roll forming, punching, blanking, embossing, flanging, rolling, coining, stamping, bending, ironing, wheeling, incremental sheet forming, and decambering.
