Dongguan Jieheng Metal Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in 1995. We are a professional manufacturer specializing in the design, production and processing of Magnesium, Aluminum/ Zinc/Magnesium die cast alloy products. We also provide services from mould design and development to product casting, molding and processing. Our products mainly include automotive parts, loudspeakers, audio class products, lighting fixtures, mechanical moulds, electric machines, motor and pump bodies, baking trays, kitchen appliances, furniture, crafts and sports equipment.
Jieheng conforms to ISO9001:2000 standards, located in Qingxi Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong, China. It takes us only 40 minutes' drive to Shenzhen Airport, enjoy convenient transportation in Guangdong Province.
This factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters, with an excellent engineer team, a quality control team and an after-sales service team. At present, we provide die cast components for domestic and overseas famous brand manufacturers in Europe, Japan and America.
We have been fully equipped for aluminum high pressure castings:
Mold design room: equipped with 3D simulation injection analysis and control equipment and 3D design software of UG ,SolidWorks and Pro-E.
Mold manufacture: several CNC machines, high precision carving machines and computer clamping mechanisms to ensure the precision and efficiency of the molds
Casting workshop: central melt furnaces, electricity holding furnaces and 12 high pressure die-casting machines ranging from 160 ton to 800ton.
Machining workshop: 40 NC lathes, CNC lathes and drilling and milling lathes can meet your further machining requirements
Painting workshop: a completely clean sealing and auto painting line can meet your further and higher surface demands
Inspection room: with equipment for CMM and spectral analysis, salt spray test and backset thickness measurement
