Nantong Non-Ferrous Casting Factory is a joint-stock company founded in 1963. We are a professional manufacturer of Nonferrous Casting. The products are basically exported to Europe and America. The products cover various non-ferrous castings, automobile motor fittings for IVECO, Palio and 4102, motorcycle motor fittings, mower boxes and others. Our factory possesses the yearly production capacity of 5000 tons.
Our factory covers an area of 14600 square meters, with building area of 12000 square meters, and has 50000 Yuan of fixed assets and 268 staff members and workers. 40 professional technical personnel and designers can skillfully apply CAD and UG and carry on the product design. The critical parts adopt CAD/CAM technology. We have strong sourcing and developing abilities.
The major means for production are pressure casting, precision machinery processing, sand casting, metal casting, liquid state squeeze casting and die-casting. We also have mould design and making ability. Our factory mainly makes die-casting and precise machining. Our factory also has the capacity of taking sand casting, gravity die-casting and liquid compressed casting, as well as the design and production of compression moulds. Our factory has various inspection equipment for spectrum analysis, three coordinate measurement, mechanical testing and precise linear measurement.
