Hengtong Group is a comprehensive group of Hi-tech enterprise, now it has a strategic research center, three technical research and development bases and 18 subsidiaries, ranking No. 402 in 2010 China Top 500 Enterprises. Jiangsu Hengtong Wire & Cable Technology Co.,Ltd is the first and the core subsidiary of Hengtong Group. As one of the high-tech enterprises, we are located in the State Torch Program photoelectric cable production base in Qidu Industrial Zone, Wujiang, China. It is about 90 kilometers from Shanghai. We have over 1100 staff here with fixed assets of about RMB126 million(USD 17million), annual sales volume RMB900 million(USD 123million) and profits tax RMB60 million(USD 8million). Our main products: communication cables, data cables, control cables, XDSL cables, railway digital signal cables and cooperated with our brotherhood company for promoting fiber optical cables. Since 1995, our products have gained the No. 1 outputs and sales in the communication cable industry. We not only produce the products according to GB (The Chinese Standards), but also complying to: IEC, BS, DIN, JIS, ASTM, ANSI, NF and CAN. We can also customize in accordance with the customers' requests.
Research and Development: we pay much attention to the R&D and have established a global strategic development framework with Shanghai Head Office as the core and Hengtong (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. as the mainstay for international market expansion. Hengtong will strive to forge world-famous brands and contribute to mankind's information technology progress. Every year, we invest 5% of the revenue in developing new products and team building. We have dozens of prestigious experts and scholars who have successfully developed the new environmental friendly cables, . We have stable relationships with Shanghai Electrical Cable Research Institute, Nanjing University of Posts & Telecommunications and Pony Test Center (Beijing).
We carry out ISO9001 quality management system and passed the evaluation of ISO14001 environment management system, OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system and Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system.
