Fujian Hua Min Import & export Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive state-owned and large-scale import and export enterprise, which was founded in June, 1986. It was restructured from a state-owned enterprise to a limited liability company and was renamed Fujian Hua Min Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. in May, 2003 by the People's Government of Fujian Province. The registered capital is RMB 60 million. In 2004 our total asset amounted to 1,400 million, till now it has reached more than 1500 million. We have 28 business departments and there are 458 staff members keeping working. We also have more than 10 subordinate companies and the business scope covers trade, labor service, investment and transportation.
