Invested and hold by Yuan Longping High-tech Agriculture Co.,Ltd., Xinjiang Longping High-tech Hong'an Seeds Co., Ltd.(hereafter called Longping) was established in May, 2005, with registered capital of 80 million Yuan, total assets of 230 million Yuan, and fixed assets of 90 million Yuan.

there are eight food processing branches and subsidiaries in Longping Hong'an: Xinjiang Longping High-tech Hong'an Hejing Chilli Co., Ltd, Xinjiang Longping High-tech Hong'an Caiwukule Chilli Co., Ltd, Xinjiang Longping High-tech Hong'an Natural Pigment Co., Ltd, Qingdao Hotmiso Food Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Longping High-tech Hong'an Qingdao Branch, Xinjiang Longping High-tech Hong'an Tianbei Chilli Co., Ltd, Xinjiang Longping High-tech Hong'an Raw Material Branch Company and Xinjiang Longping High-tech Hong'an Sales Branch Company. Longping also has one chilli/paprika testing and inspecting center and four function sections.

After four years development, Longping has developed into a producing, processing and trading enterprise that integrates seeds breeding, raw material purchasing, rough and refined processing and trading of chilli/paprika products.

With 10 farms in 11 counties and cities of southern and northern Xinjiang, Longping has 20,000 hectares raw material planting basement and more than 66hectares seeds breeding basement. Purchasing and processing capacity of Longping is 30,000 MTS per year. At present, the main chilli productions are: improved chilli/paprika seeds, dried chilli/paprika whole pods, chilli/paprika season, chilli paste, chilli/paprika powder, paprika pellet, paprika oleoresin, capsicum oleoresin, ect; Also LongPing's capacity of purchasing, processing, trading of chilli productions is 30000mts and with trading of cumin seeds is 2000 tons per year.

Chilli productions in LongPing passed green food certification in 2005, ISO9001 & ISO14000 in 2006, Environmental Management System Certification in 2004 and HACCP System Certification. The bank credit grade of LongPing is grade "AA" .

In 2006, Longping was approved as Good Credit Enterprise by Xinjiang Administration of Industry and Commerce. In 2008, the company was entitled Leading Company for Poverty Alleviation in Xinjiang by Xinjiang Poverty Alleviation Leading Group and Provincial Grade Key Leading Company for Agricultural Industrialization.

Longping has professional technical teams with rich knowledge and practical experience in chilli/paprika fields. LongPing has 400 staff members, among which there are 20 professionals qualified with advanced technical title, 55 with the medium professional titles and 45 with primary professional titles. Longping is cooperating with scientific research institutes (China Agriculture University Food Processing College, Jiangnan University, Qingdao University Pigment institute, Xinjiang Agriculture University Food Processing College, Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences Plant Protection Research Institute) to realize integration of industry, academy and research for a development mode of
