. Hubei Tianyuan Iron&Steel Co., Ltd is a new and promising state-owned special steel manufacturer, which is invested by HuangShi Coal & Mine Group of Huangshi City being reputated as the origin of Chinese Mine & Metallurgy Industry. The origin of the company is Huangshi Tianyuan Special Steel Co., Ltd which was set up in 1992. To meet the market development, it was expanded into Hubei Tianyuan Iron&Steel Co., Ltd in 2004. The production plant is situated in the New Cargo Port Area of Qipanzhou Dock, and adjoins to Xisai Industrial Park of Huangshi.It faces towards Yangzi River in the north, and Port Railway and Logistic Center in the west. Besides, in front it is Huangfu Roadway and Daqi Roadway, which goes through Shanghai-Chengdu, Beijing-Zhuhai, Daqin-Guangzhou, and Hangzhou-Ruili Expressway. The planned railway in the south will go through East--West, and Huangshi Third Yangtze River Bridge is undertaking nearby, thus the transportation is quite convenient.
With a covering of 136,000 square meters, the plant is completed in two phases. With investment of 150 million RMB in the first phase, it constructs with EF, LF, ESR forging, deep processing and heat treatment workshop, together with a technical center integrating R&D, production technology and quality testing. Since the first phase has been running in December,2007, the annual outputs have reached to 40000 tons of high-alloy steel and 10000 tons of ESR steel.The main products are tool/die steel, high-alloy structural steel, bearing steel and stainless&heat-resisting Steel, including such varieties as forged rounds, flats and blocks, together with forging stocks, forgings, and various size of steel ingot, ESR ingot etc.The steel deep processing is equipped with large-scale peeling, turning and milling equipments, all the products are delivered with condition of heat treatment such as annealing,etc.
The company takes advanced machinery, exquisite craftwork, strong inspecting equipments, perfect management means and excellent teamwork of after-sale services to make us become one of the leading manufacturers of special steel in the same field. The smelting equipment are: EF, IF, LF, VD, ESR; Forging equipments include 3T & 8T electrohydraulic hammers. A Japanese Shimadzu Spectrograph and Germany Leika Metallographic Microscope and other physical and chemical inspection or testing equipments are also equipped in the technical center. Based on the Huangshi Special Steel, the company brings together various senior metallurgical technical staff including operators and technicians,etc, and cooperates closely with Shanghai University (School of Materials Science and Engineering), and Huazhong University of Science and Technology(HUST), aiming at making R&D and manufacturering of Tianyuan-Brand Tool/Die steel in high quality at world-class level, which makes Tianyuan become a high-tech special steel enterprise.
The Tianyuan-Brand special steel has taken GB/T 19001-2008 and ISO 9001:2008 International Quality Approval.Our Products are manufactured strictly in accordance with GB, JIS, AISI, DIN standard, available to meet different requirements of customers.
