[Historical Evolution]
Zhejiang Xiao Paint Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000 and was registered on 15th September 2000, the same day as the Sydney Olympics Opening Ceremony. The predecessors of our company were Lin'an Xi Ao Paint Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Linglong Paper Group Xi Ao Paint Co., Ltd. In order to support the product sale, we established Xiao Decoration Co., Ltd.

[Professional Level]
Xiao Paint is a specialized and comprehensive enterprise which is engaged in architectural coating development, production, sale and engineering construction. Our main products are putty, primer and inner (outside) latex paint, including 18 series and 135 kinds. Our products are widely used for high-level commercial buildings, city landmark buildings, elevated bridges, tunnels, urban renewal programs and government programs. Our products sell well in 21 provinces and 160 cities in China and are exported to South America.

Xiao Paint's total registered capital is 11.55 million yuan. We have three production areas, including water-based coating, solvent-based coating and putty production areas. Xiao Paint's annual production capacity is 5000 tons and engineering construction capacity is 5 million square meters. Our annual production value reached 70 million yuan in 2008. Our company currently has 120 registered employees and more than 600 part-time business managers and construction workers.

Xiao Paint's core principles are "focusing on developing high performance products". Our architectural coating materials are supplied by internationally famous material suppliers. Our color matching and paint mixing process adopt the hygiene production system and quality management system.

Our management idea is "strongly penetrating markets by using direct selling, capturing markets by one-stop solution and wining the markets by zero distance service". Xiao Paint develops very quickly by relying on science and technology, marketing variation and local adaptability. We have set up eight offices all over the country and will spread the direct selling model to each market in China.

Xiao Paint has passed ISO9001:2008 International quality management system and ISO14001:2004 Environmental management system certifications. We have won "Qianjiang Cup", "Baiyulan Cup", "West Lake Cup" and "Feiyin Cup" for our engineering construction projects.
