Based on the original Planet Gearbox Factory founded in 1998, Bengbu Planet Engineering Machinery Limited Company came into being after the shares system reform. We are a professional company specialized in the research and manufacture of engineering hydraulic cylinders and planetary gearboxes. Involving in the fields of geological exploration, mining, cement production and bridge construction, our products are widely used in hydraulic, traveling and swing devices in excavators, drillings, coal scrapers, beam carriers, crawler cranes, crawler rotary drilling rigs and other engineering machinery. Also our products can be applied in different brands of excavators at home and abroad, such as Hitachi, Komatsu, Sumitomo, Kobelco, Hyundai, Caterpillar, Daewoo, SANY, LIUGONG, XCMG and so on. In recent years, our company has received a high reputation among excavator factories throughout the whole country. We have established a long-term cooperative relationship with Conch Cement Company Limited, which was adopted by Sanyi Group as one of the global part procurement suppliers in 2011.Our company provides value-added products for customers at home and abroad. The test for excavator cylinder assembly was introduced to realize the outgoing inspection of products and loading tests. Besides, our company purchased tangent three-coordinate measuring machines, two-dimension measuring instruments, oil pollution particle counters, and other high-end professional inspection equipment. All of them have improved the inspection capability of our company and provided guarantee for the improvement of product quality. Our company sets up a specialized Technology Research and Development Department. The center is consisted of the Design & Research Institute, Technique Department, Quality Assurance Department, and so on, with 15 existing senior engineers and 30 people of intermediate title. Our Technology Center was approved as the City Technology Center by Civic Bureau of Technology in 2011. It was successfully declared and was granted the Innovation Fund For Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, obtaining 16 national patents and national high and new technological enterprise certificates. Meanwhile, our company also employs Korean and Japanese experts to provide instructions to ensure product quality and find out the key factor of affecting product quality.
