Russian Gasoil D2 (L-0.2-62)
We are offering D2 of 500,000MT (or more) - standard x 12 month contract at a fixed price of Gross USD425 per MT/ Net USD 415 per MT - CIF ASWP- while the current market price is floating above US$950/MT.
This is an offer in buyer favor, with Zero-risk, the seller bank (prime-25) , is giving 2% OPERATIVE Performance Bond (About US$4.25 million) to guarantee delivery. The seller will only ask for payment AFTER the buyer received the oil. The procedure does not have room for the seller to scam. There is no pre-payment or other bogus fees required.
When the buyer accepted the seller procedures, hence send the LOI signed(we provide the draft LOI with the below procedures) , then we are ready to proceed ASAP:
1. the seller agent will send the SCO (Soft Corporate Offer) and the NCNDA & IMFP Agreement which will have to be signed by the buyer and all parties involved.
2. Buyer signs and returns both documents above.
3. Seller issues an FCO (FULL CORPORATE OFFER).
4. Buyer issues ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order).
5. Seller sends draft contract to the Buyer.
6. Both sides sign contract and lodge with respective banks.
7. Both sides proceed as per the contract.
