At first I handle communications with seller or buyer, to avoid too much spam or fake responses reach my seller/buyer. Then when I got a real interested Person/Company, I let things flows smoothly.
I don't work the same way most intermediaries do, rather than that, when we are really in negotiation, I let my seller and buyer talk each other without any problem.
My first goal is to do businesses, anything else is secondary.
