Uni-Pacific Shipping Lines was established in the year of 2004, primarily to operate Container Liner Services between the Red Sea Ports covering mainly the ports of Adabiyah, Jeddah, Ain Sokhna and Port Sudan.
During last two years the company has expanded its operation across three continents by providing the Freight Forwarding Sea & Air FCL & LCL Consolidation, Chartering Broking, Cargo fixing, Heavy Lift Project cargo shipments and NVOCC services and by 2015 2020 the company is to extend its presence in all the major continents across the World.
The company is involved in international shipping deep sea transportation business and providing transportation services to renowned business houses and general merchants (importers and exporters) as an ocean going carrier for carriage of containerized cargo as well as specialized project cargo such as heavy equipment and machineries in Break Bulk.
The company is having a fleet of ISO marine Containers, Chartered Vessels and Slots/Space from the major feeder operators as well as Main Line Operators and regional carriers to serve the existing trade lane of the region.
Under Slot chartering arrangement with the common feeder operators and the alliances the Group is fully equipped and capable to provide deep sea transport services for containerized cargo across the continents around the World.
The Company is to commence its Independent Red Sea container liner service with two 250 300 TEU Capacity container vessels between Red Sea by 2011 2012 whereas it is to commence its regional service with two container vessels of 500 TEU Capacity each by 2015 between Southeast Asian Indian Sub Continental ports.
The target of the company is to become one of the large Container Liner Operator of South Asia and Red Sea by 2020.
