The company was founded in 2000 in Egypt under the name of the (sugypt Company for investment) and then changes the name in 2010 to become (sugypt Company for Investment and the multiple activities).

Since its inception, and so far the sugypt Co. completed several large projects by its sections and widespread branches. Through perseverance, continued development, improvement and customer satisfaction activities of the company has expanded to include a variety of sectors of investment, namely:
