It is obvious that tyres - especially those produced in Europe - thanks to their basic construction do not automatically lose their "existence" after part of the profile (in the tread area) is gone. The basic construction, called carcass, has nowadays been constructed in a way that a tyre - like a cat - has several "tyre lives" by the renewal of the running area and thus it does not become an environmental problem.
Note: used/ scrap tyres are according to environmental laws regarded as wastage that has to be controlled. Thus whoever produces tyre wastage has to prove the correctness of the disposal.

Our customers can of course make use of all our services regarding the means of transport you prefer: the loading of 40 feet High cube Shipping Containers or Lorries. This includes among other things that we provide efficient logistics on schedule and comply with all customs formalities.
You will receive from us only top quality of well-known products at surprisingly good conditions - directly from Germany to your doorstep.
Each used tyre leaving our firm has been tested to meet the following criteria:
- Abrasion of one side
- Damage of the carcass
- Damage of the sidewall
- Being airtight
- Unsuitable thermal or mechanical stress/exposure
- Compliance with the limit of the recommended durability/DOT
Only after all these points of the test have been positively fulfilled we will allow further usage of the tyre.
We differentiate between three kinds of used tyres
1. Africa-quality = profile 2-3 mm
2. Profile tyres =profile 3-5 mm
3. High-profile-tyres = profile 5 mm and more
