OTA was formerly the machinery department of OTB Surface Technology in Berlin a highly specialized selective industrial plater for electronic industry and so OTA combines more than 20 years of knowledge and experience of a plater with the knowledge of a manufacturer of plating machines. OTA machines are based on latest technologies. OTA is very specialized on selective plating technology and offers selective plating modules with accurate dipping cells, masks, brushes and special removable liquid masks of high accuracy, applied with printing or spraying systems.
OTA designes and sets up complete reel to reel plating shops including waste water treatment, quality control systems, chemistry and electrolyte control, planning and organizing software.
We also take care of training on the job of your engineers, operators, quality or chemical personal on similar machines here in Germany.
We design and deliver custumer specialized software for the machines and shop organisation.
Deflashing lines for moulded strips with waterjet or highly accurate laser units are also manufactured.
OTA manufactured also lines for not Silicium based solar technology (using Cu-strips)
OTA machine are especially manufactured for the need of electronic industry, i. e. for manufacturers of interconnectors and electronic components.
