DOCUMENT REQUIRED FROM THE EMPLOYERS

We have been authorized to recruit for overseas employers or foreign employment companies/and or recruiting agencies so the employers must have to send the following documents to us as a Registered recruiting agencies in Ghana .


- This is where you list all Categories and Numbers of worker you need or required to come and work with your company base on the employers requirement.
You are to Authorize the Agent in Ghana to Act on your Behalf by sending you workers to meet your demand. .

- This is the provision of a document or a letter which speaks about your work terms and condition you have and agree upon for the new workers you are employing from overseas showing the salary or wages, and other benefits including food, accommodation, medical facilities, and air passage etc.
There must be an Agency Agreement between employer and the Company recruiting the workers.

Selection of candidates:

On receipt of recruitment permission from you all applicants we have received following the advertisement are there by scrutinized for short listing as per the requirements of the employer. Particulars and details of short listed applicants are sent to your company or the employer if advised or go through telephone interview since they are international applicants and final selection by the employer's selection team.
The employer or his representatives then carry out interview and final selection of candidates for which the recruiting agent provide all necessary assistance and logistics.

Ticketing and emigration clearance:
The employers are required to send P.T.A. for the selected candidates. The employer may remit necessary traveling expenses in favor of the recruiting agent to facilitate traveling of the selected candidates.
