The company was established under the Trade Commission of Ghana, Business Registration Acts, 1999 (Amended 2001) in August 2004, since 2010 AL THIKAT ENTERPRISES becomes part of Drabeny Company Ltd .
The Company has been dealing in mining,
Construction, Import-export of Gen Goods
for years and ever ready to find new business
opportunities overseas.
We are ready to work with business partner in
the whole word in the following sectors; commodities,
minerals resources and Import-export of Gen Goods.
Training, skills and experience that reign in
various divisions of the company have laid us
beyond normal standard, positioning us as reliable
and supplier of commodities .
The business areas of the company are
international trading services,
import/ export, brokerage, and oil/gas business.

The management and the operations of the
company were carried out by international business
men which had gained varied experiences
during their careers with both local and
multinational corporations in a
multitude of businesses which include,
international trade, oil/gas, mining and other sectors.

various contacts established during their
careers had contributed in day-to-day running
of the business and its development.

The provision of management consultancy and
as regard to specific imports / exports
transactions such as matter related to
Letters of Credit, contracts and
logistics requirements.

Brokerage
To act as Brokers and / or Commission Agents
in general business transactions and agency
services.

As Agents, representing both manufacturers and
contractors in the marketing / sales of
their products or services including
after-sales support services.
