Unlike other suppliers we work on customers specific requirements and look at every enquiry individually.
We prefer to work initially on spot deals to build trust between both parties. After initial delivery and when both sides are satisfied we will be happy to look at yearly contracts.
We do not send sanitized past performance documents (which prove absolutely nothing), we prefer to conduct initial business face to face.
We work very closely with selected factories /mines that we have known for a considerable amount of time. This is how we can offer a personalized service and the things the buyer really needs, not just documents which really mean nothing.
We do not deal in internet prices or special offers. Anyone with experience in the commodities business knows neither of these exist.
