Tai Yue Foundation Ltd. is a leading dynamic supplier of fine umbrellas. We have been based in Hong Kong since 1988. Our facilities contain two three-storey buildings, with an area of 4,800 square metres (51,670 square feet). We produce 36,500,000 items per annum. Our goods are sold and sought-after in Asia, Europe and the USA.
Our company has 250 industrious and dedicated employees.
Organizational Structure:
We are divided into the following departments:
Marketing Department
- ensures that customers get top service from concept to delivery.
Creation Department
- develops innovative and fascinating products in line with the latest trends. Our designs are well diversified to meet the needs of global customers.
Film Output and Offset Printing Department
- provides technical support to convert design concepts into real products.
Production Department
- We produce shafts and ribs made of fibre glass and aluminium. We have a special production QC team that is responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards during the production process. We follow through the production phase in a highly detail-oriented manner to ensure that the customers' products are manufactured in conformance with the quality standard and delivered on time.
Two Quality Control Departments
- Materials and Accessory QC - pre-production QC department is responsible for controlling the quality of raw materials and accessories which must be up to high standard.
- Final Product QC - serves as the final checkpoint and inspects the goods before they are delivered to the customer.
Because our company is expanding business operation rapidly, we are planning to set up new offices and warehouses in South America. Our prime objective is to provide customers with the winning products - the best quality umbrellas.
