OneWorld is a fusion of East and West. Its founder, Gary Fisher, is an American now living in Hong Kong. Its senior managers and staff are a combination of experienced Chinese and Western product development and engineering specialists. With total teamwork between design, manufacturing and marketing, OneWorld brings product ideas to life which push the envelop on innovation and succeed through design / engineering / manufacturing excellence.
Part of OneWorld's success is its ability to tap into the rich pool of Asian software development talent to bring the integrated circuit chips which power OneWorld's ideas into production reality. This ability has also attracted the attention of Western companies looking for Asian OEM partners who understand the Western market and are experienced in blending Eastern and Western skills.
Within the past few years, OneWorld has evolved from a small company to a team with 20 staff in Hong Kong and 300 workers in China. Our sales turnover in 1999 reached US $15 million and sales are on track to double in the year 2000.
