In early 2009, we have a shipment of dehumidifiers to Hong Kong market, and under an exceptional warm and humid environment, the units works so good that water was condensed almost everywhere inside the unit, and start leaking. The Engineer does not consider the unit for such warm and high humid environment.
Upon informed by customer, we immediately gathered the factory and com back with the solutions to customers in next day, and then we arrange labor to fix all the units in the stock for the customers in Hong Kong. All issues were settled in 1 and half weeks for customer to catch the season.
And of course, we added such warm and high humid environment as our standard testing conditions of the dehumidifiers in our factories.
C. Commitment to protecting your interest. To help our customers win on the competitions is our mission and the business objectives. The models that we offered to you are innovative and unique for differentiation purpose on the markets--these are our own models. It is also our policy that products for each customer in the same markets must be differentiated in terns of designs, or capacity, or both. By working with us, you will no longer facing the frustration of making a price war for a good selling products because it was offered by your competitors at the same, if not lower, price.
