Our factory established in 2008, which is located in Shandong Province, China mainland. There is more than 160 staff in our company, including 30 technologists who have professional experiences. The company has 20 sets of large injection molding machines and 3 helmet production lines. It is equipped with full set of inspection machines including Impact resistance/ puncture test machine, Lateral rigidity/jaw strap strength tester, anti-static tester, high/low-temperature pretreatment box, Water immersion pretreatment box, the vertical interval and wear height Measuring instrument, etc.
The Helmet Combined Miner's Lamp which is designed and manufactured by our company has been awarded the patent of No. ZL 200720042068.1.
This product which takes the place of the traditional way combining LED light with helmet which makes it more safe and convenient than that separately wearing helmet, wires, lamp and battery. It is the updated product at present with features of high brightness and long-lasting battery.
The product has been passed through the underground test and awarded unanimous high praise by many large-scaled coal mines.
