While our head office in Hong Kong takes on the role for sales and logistics control. Our close links major MCU supplier enables us to spearhead the latest design product with up-to-date technology at efficient costs.
Technical Support and RMA
Knowledgeable staff specially trained will assist you to handle querries on our products. Extra reading materials and information will also be provided upon request to help you to distribute your products to your channals or your end-users. Our dedicated support staff will handly all RMA cases professionally to ensure short RMA cycle time.
Logistics management
We work closely with our external logistics and courier agents and we seek to understand the everchanging logistics flow environment. All our specialists are familiar with various logistics channals at effective costs.
Global awareness
All our marketing and support staff has got at least 2 years working experience with overseas clients. In fact,95% of our goods are exported to SE Asia, the UK, Australia and Germany.
