artec AIS Armaturen und Industrieservice GmbH stands for innovation and technical know-how in the fields of design, production, assembly and maintenance of industrial control and shut-off devices. The company operates all over Germany and exports to the whole world through partners that are doing business in Germany or abroad. Due to the decentralized nature of its service network artec AIS guarantees customer proximity and offers an easy-to-use service with short response times, as and when required.
We employ highly qualified people for design and production, assembly and maintenance services. These include mechanical and automation engineers as well as valve and electric fitters. The teams are completed by experienced lathe operators, welders and technicians for control systems. Staff deployment is centrally coordinated at the headquarters which puts artec AIS into a position to realize major projects requiring a large number of personnel. Training courses for staff members are conducted both in-house and externally and ensure that work objectives and quality targets are continuously met.
Our subsidiary, AIS Hungaria Kft. in Hungary provides the full range of products offered by artec AIS: control and shut-off valves up to 420 bar including related services, project management and project coordination as well as repair of third-party valves for eastern Europe. These tasks are fulfilled by staff members who undergo permanent training according to the strict guidelines of artec AIS.
The control ball valve takes a special position within our product range. It is used for the nominal sizes DN 25 - 600 (1" - 24"). Its nominal pressure stage is up to PN 420 both as a shut-off valve and as a control ball valve in highly wear-resistant design.
artec AIS not only offers its own range of products. Our range of goods and services also includes all third-party valves, from low pressure up to high pressure products.
We also produce and sell spare parts for third-party valves according to samples or drawings, incl. material definition, refining.
