We established our plastic injection moulding shop in Budaors Industrial and Technology Park in 2011 financing from own equities. We intend to make further investments harmonised with the necessities of our cliients and our widening range of products. We would like to further improve the technology, the machines, the services we provide and not least professional skills of our staff. We would like to implement production and quality management system.
Our target is to become a recognized player in the plastic processor industry among SME companies and establish long lasting partnership with our clients. In order to succeed and satisfy our Clients we highly concern quality, reliability and deadlines in either case of our products and supply to clients. Both the stable financial background of the company and the professional skills of our staff stands up for this target.

Plastic part injection moulding and assembling
Our core activity is injection moulding of plastic part from thermoplastics besides we do assembling and planing.
Our machinery consists of modern and productive moulding machines from Arburg and Battenfeld.
Clamping force ranges between 1000 and 2100 kN. Injection capacity reaches 500 ccm / PS or even more depending on geometry and plastic.
We highly concerned technology cooling system and temperature controllers in order to provide high reliability, availability and efficiency. Therefore we opted for Swiss made Tool-Temp machines.
When production is to be optimized our principal is to produce parts in constant and desired quality with low cycle time and efficient resource consumption. Depending on the application's characteristics the efficiency is improved by robots and conveyor belts built to suit the concrete case.
Machinery investments and improvements will be taken to align with customers' projects and our products needs.
We shall undertake complete project management: product development, compliance with mould maker, pilot production, technology optimisation, high scale production, warehousing, logistic tasks, mould financing.
