Sigma industries was started in 1998 by mr. Shishu pal jasuja a diploma holder in mechanical engg. For the manufacture of polyurethane (p. U. ) bicycle saddles and p. U. Auto accessories. We are the first company in India to start production of p. U. Saddles in bicycle, except hero cycles which uses its p. U. Bicycle saddles on their own brand only.
Sigma industries manufactures and supplies p. U. Bicycle saddles to leading o. E. Ms like atlas, hercules, bsa, eastman international and eastman industries. During year 2004 we manufactured more than 3,00,000 bicycle saddles and supplied to oems.

Our customers also export our saddles after fitting on complete bicycles. The company has got fully equipped in house machinery and our saddles are tested under strict quality control by our o. E. Ms.
The quality control is also looked after by my son mr. Rishab jasuja (b. Tech. Mechanical engg. ). We are committed to manufacture p. U. Bicycles saddles in India at the lowest price possible with guaranteed quality.
