We introduce ourselves as leading manufacturers & custom molders of thermoset plastic moulded components, sub-assemblies & assemblies, based in india. We are an ISO9001:2000 certified company providing custom molding solutions to a variety of industries, including switchgear, electrical, mil-aero applications, auto ancilliaries, consumer products etc.


We mould a large variety of materials like sheet moulding compound (smc), bulk moulding compound (bmc), DAP. DIAP, Phenol formaldehyde (bakelite), urea, polyester melamine, nylon, nylon 66, melamine etc.

We are in the field of compression, transfer & injection moulded components & assemblies for the past more than 30 years. Spread over an area of more than 30000 sq. Ft. our manufacturing plants are located in bombay. We have well equipped moulding shops, with more than 40 hydraulic presses, capable of compression & transfer moulding. We are also equipped with plc controlled injection moulding machines of demag, bucher & sandretto makes. The hydraulic presses have tonnage's ranging from 60 to 220 tons & are further supported by the programmable screw preplasticizer machines, tableting machines and h. F. Preheaters.

Process & inspection sheets are documented for each of the molded parts to insure consistency in the parts. All inspection & indicating equipment is regularly caliberated & traceable to national standards.
