We have a fully integrated manufacturing plant for Wiper Arms & Blades with all critical
manufacturing processes under one roof namely Rubber compound/mixing & moulding, pressure die casting, press shop for sheet metal components backed up with a modern tool room, pre-treatment Zinc Electroplating, fully conveyorised powder coating system & Semi Automatic Assembly Division. Statistically monitored quality control is maintained from raw material / Bought out components through various stages/processes up to the finished product.

To render best support for our quality assurance department, we have an in-house Q.C. lab for layout Inspection, Rubber properties testing, paint adhesion, corrosion testing & endurance testing.We take pride in stating that our high quality Wiper Arms & Blades are able to meet requirements/ specification of our valued customers in India & Abroad.

We have recently introduced a complete New range of Aerodynamic Heavy duty Wiper Arm & Blade for Trucks & Buses. These latest generations Wiper Arms & Blades have been developed with our 35 years experience in the Wiper Manufacturing field. These Wiper Arms & Blades have been tested at our in-house laboratory for Endurance, Functional, Corrosion resistance & other tests as per International Standards. We have highlighted some of the prominent special features of the new design in the attach sheet. We are also in the process of completing TS-16949 certification within this year.
