Goa Sintered Product Pvt. Ltd. better known as GSP has gone into commercial production of Sintered self lubricating Bushes and Sintered Structural Parts since 1979. Its works is located in state of Goa (India) - at about 5 k.m. from Margao Railway Station, on its own plot admeasuring 54,000 sq.fts. And works built up area is 16160 sq. fts.

GSP is a quality producer of powder metallurgy components i.e.

Sintered self lubricating Bushes
Sintered Structural Parts
Both the above products are offered in material composition sintered bronze, sintered iron, iron alloy, sintered steel; that is as per IS/MPIF/ISO/DIN/JIS specification.

GSP has fully equipped computer aided design center.
Major part of GSP sales are to various reputed Original Equipment Manufacturers in India/ International Markets.

Process & Facilities

Main Production

Blending:- We custom bland our mixes as per customer specification.
Compacting:- Indian as well as International presses like DROST and Kromage. Powder compacting presses
both mechanical /hydraulic having tonnage from 15 ton to 250 ton, are in use depending upon shape/ density to
be achieved.
Sintering Furnaces:- Sophisticated Mesh Belt types continues sintering furnace with Endothermic
sintering atmosphere are used to sinter bushes/parts up to 1150 0C.We also have Degussa, Germany make pusher
type sintering furnace along with Meheler make ammonia cracker for sintering high density component at 1200 0C.
Barreling / Cleaning:- Vibro finishing equipment is used for deburring/polishing operations.
Sizing:- Mechanical presses of tonage 15 tonnes to 63 tonnes are available whereas in hydraulic presses from 40
tonnes to 200 tonnes, High speed Mechanical presses are used for sizing operation.
Machining:- Local vendors are development to facilitate subsequent machining such as drilling, tapping, tunning,
milling and grinding.
Oil Impregnation:- Our unit is equipped with full fledge vaccum oil impregnation plant. This treatment makes the
bush self lunbricating.
Steam Treatment:- Parts required to be rust proof / leak proof are steam treated. This treatment is carried out on ferious
component to improve its density/hardness and also make it rust resistance. Components acquire black powder
coated appearance after carrying out this operation.
Heat Treatment:- Post sintering operation are carried out on ferrous alloy components/steel component to acquire
higher hardness in our sealed oil quence furnance available in our plant.


Toolroom

We have state of art house toolroom with inhouse facility of fully equiped computer aided design center for designing and full fledged manufacturing facility. Due to this shortest development period is possible for all components in GSP.
