SMR has set up the biggest medical glove manufacturing unit in India to produce high quality Latex Powder free & Pre-Powdered Surgical/Examination Gloves
The SMR Gloves factory has the support of most modern machinery imported from France and Malaysia with the latest technology with the capacity to produce 200 million pairs of Surgical Gloves/annum.
The Gloves are manufactured using finest quality latex which is specially processed in our own centrifuging plant.
The Gloves are 100% electronically tested as per ASTM, IEM and IS Standards to ensure that the product is of supreme quality.
We have the most number of leeching tanks in the country. This reduces the protein content to almost nil, hence decreasing the chances of allergy for the users.
The extractable protein limit of Gloves is below 80 microgram / dm2.
Our automated Robot Stripping technology reduces human contact with the gloves.
Fully automated pinhole testing machine ensures the quality of the Gloves and enhances the pace of quality check.
Our declared AQL for Surgical Gloves is 1.5 but we are maintaining 1.0
Our fully automated Auto Pouching Machine is another highlight of Gloves.
Sterilization is done in house with Ethylene Oxide.
The Gloves are pre-powdered with USP Grade modified cornstarch.
There is less residual powder on the gloves.
The Gloves are packed in disinfected medical grade paper.
The inner and outer packages have sufficient strength and integrity to withstand normal transportation and storage.
Packing - 50 pairs/inner box, 500 pairs/carton (10 inner boxes of 50 pairs each)
