POLY FANS has developed axial flow propeller type fan blade having variable pitch which
are aerodynamically designed to achieve minimum 85 percent efficiency. Latest range of aerofoil section facilitate higher lift to drag ratio and larger chord width along with blade twist and FRP as a material of construction gives better surface finish and lower profile drag losses, resulting in higher efficiency of the Fan.
CONCLUSION: It can be seen from the above that fan with higher efficiency will require lower power consumption.
