We have our own Textile Testing Laboratory.The strength of our companyis our deep focus on managing effectively the day to day operations of the Supply Chain. Our staff and factories are trained by German Technicians. We have a dedicated quality Control team and a qualified Fabric technician who monitor each aspect of production.For every Order we conduct a Fabric Inspection and only after the fabric passes the required parameters the factories are allowed to proceed with the next production activity.During production an Inline Inspection is conducted; then we do a Mid Inspection and after the Goods are completed A final Random Inspection is done. We follow AQL 1.5 for Major defects ; and also AQL 2.5 as per the requirement of the Client.Webring to the tableour knowledge ofthe local conditions,reliable suppliers, and our complete involvement in every stage ofthe orders in Production.FABRICS :Our strength is in sourcing all varieties of Cotton fabrics like Supercombed cotton; Organic Cotton;Modal both 100% and 48% Modal, 48% Cotton and 4% Elasthan compositions; Terry fabrics - 80% Cotton 20% Polyester; Velour fabrics - 80% Cotton 20% Polyester e.t.c.WE WORK WITH BOTH MEDIUM SIZED AND LARGE SIZED FACTORIES IN AND AROUND TIRUPUR. ALL OUR FACTORIES ARE SOCIALLY COMPLIANT PRODUCING GARMENTS OF VERY HIGH STANDARD. WE WORK WITH SEDEX APPOVED FACTORIES AND ALSO FACTORIES WITH WRAP AND SA 8000 CERTIFICATION. The samples sent to you are inspected and sent with our comments. In case they do not meet your requirements they will be rejected here it self.Quality ControlA team of well trained and qualified quality control personnel; trained by German Technicians conduct the Inspection of Orders.Inspection reports are made of the Inline; mid and Final random Inspections and sent.
