We are a manufacturer exporter established in 1968 and regularly exporting Home textile articles to Europe and US.
We have state of the art manufacturing set up and fully equipped to cater to all your requirements.

100% Cotton Sheetings :- 20's ( Cretonne), 30's ( Reinforce) , 40's (Percales).
100% Cotton Satins - Reactive and Pigments from 200 Thread count till 1200 Thread Count
100% Cotton Seersucker.
100% Cotton Flannel.
100% Cotton Yarn Dyeds
100% Polyester :- MicroFibre Twill Weave, MicroFibre Woven Flannel, MicroFibre Seersucker, MicroFibre Yarn Dyed,Dobby Stripe,MicroFibre Embossed and MicroFibre Raised Flannel.
100% Polyester Satin.
Blends - a) 52% Polyester/48% Cotton ,b) 60% Cotton/40% Polyester, c) 67% Polyester/33% Cotton.

B) Table Linen:

100% Cotton Printed or Dyed Table Cloths in Half Pannama (Duck), Cotton Slub, 20's Fabric.
Also with finishes like Acrylic Coated, PU, PVC, Fire retardent and Water resistant Finish.

Please find below a brief regarding the manufacturing unit as stated below :-

A)We have 12 color and 16 Color Stork Pegasus Rotary with different repeats such as 64 cms, 82 cms, 91 cm, 101 cms and 116.8 cm and can print Pigments, Reactive, Disperse, Acids etc upto 320 cm width. In all 4 Rotary's.
B) We also have recently Installed Panel Printing Facility wherin we can do Panel Printed Duvets of maximum size 165x280cm.
C) We have also Installed a New Coating Machine wherin we can offer you different Types of Coated Fabric like Acrylic, Stain Proof, PU, PVA, Silicon, PP, Water Resistant, Fire Resistant and other finish.

D) We have Singeing, Kuster's Mercerizing, Kuster's Dyeing, continous Dyeing, Sanforizing to finish upto 320cm Width.

E) We have Fully computerized Stork's Best Len Lazer Engraving machine to develop the screens for the designs to give best of the printing results.

F) We have 4 Montex Monford Stenters equipped with Kuster's Pading Mangel and E+L & Bianco Weft Straightners so as to control the bowing.

G) We have our own stitching unit spread out on area of 1,00,000 sq.ft with 300 stitching machines.

H) We have Oeko tex Class 1 Certification for both 100% Cotton and 100% Polyester. Our factory is ISO 9001 AND ISO 14001 certified.We are also BSCI Certified.

Laboratory

We have in-house full fledge laboratory to keep check on parameters required by the clients.

Capacities & Capabilities.

At present we are printing / dyeing upto320cm finish width about 1,00,000 mtrs per day.

Stitching :- We have 300 Juki Machines spread over 1,00,000 Sq Ft area in a modern stitching set up.
We can stitch and deliver about 20,000 sets per day.
