Vinod Rice Mill (VRM) has two parboiling mills located at Delhi and Punjab, India, equipped with the most ultra modern technology, constantly upgrading the rice processing & control systems, at par with the global standards for optimization of the facilities.
These sophisticated centralized processes enable us to stand apart from our competitors & our product are considered supreme in quality, aroma, texture, uniformity & cleanliness.
Our daily production capacity from these two rice parboiling plants are 200 metric tonnes, which is further subjected to the cleaning and sorting process, until the R&D and our professionals approve the quality and are packed under ultimate hygienic conditions.
Paraboiling Plant & Process
The process of parboiling uses treated soft water obtained from our water treatment plants. The parboiling plants have specially designed soaking bins with sensors based sophisticated controllers for maintaining and determining the water temperatures.
The advanced parboiling methods ensures that the grain is free from unwanted smell and confirms to most hygienic processing of the grain, preserving its natural fragrance & aroma during the entire process.
We have adopted special methods of parboiling, as the paddy is kept for soaking for 12 hours, we keep changing the water in which it is soaked every 4 hours, also keeping the temperature controlled, by not letting the water go below 60 degrees centigrade, and the inlet water is also changed every 1 hour, so that there is no bacterial formation, thus ensuring the best hygienic & parboiled rice always. These minuet steps ensure quality products to the end users.
Drying Plant
Unique fully automatic & mechanized sensor based temperature controlled drying systems with metric tonnes per hour drying capacity, ensures the consistent and uniform drying of paddy without breakage of grains, avoiding the fungal or bacterial infections & fermentations, retaining the natural aroma.
Rice Milling
Carefully selected paddy procured by our team of professionals, tested at our in house laboratories, determines the quality of finished product (Rice), coupled with the state of the art milling plants, well equipped with pre-cleaners, de-stoners, precision sizers, graders, paddy separators, de-huskers & magnets to remove any foreign matter and to completely protect the food process against contamination & other impurities, during the entire process of milling.
Packaging
We at Vinod Rice Mill (Pvt) Ltd, ensure that every grain of rice packed in our rice mills are subjected to the most hygiene conditions, packed under the supervision of our QC in charge, who periodically checks and records, that no foreign matter. Dust particles are present. Each and every bag is physically checked by us, the printing, the stitching at the mouth of the bags, the zip locks, out master bags, are completed checked time and again to deliver the best to your customers.
We also subject our cargo to fumigation, as per the international standards and all our rice are Fit for Human Consumption free from live or dead we evils.
