As you would be aware, magnetite iron pellets are used for making pig iron. Pellets are formed by heating the iron ore at very high temperatures and sintering. Pellets are more easy to use as they melt at lower temperatures, can be easily handled and result in better productivity of the furnace in producing pig iron. In short pellets are value-added iron ore. The pellets are priced higher than iron ore as:

It cuts down one stage in production of pig iron
Cuts down electricity consumption due to lower melting temperatures
Increased productivity.


We are talking directly to the supplier who has the stocks. There is no third party involved in the transaction. The stocks have been physically verified by us. In case you would like to see the stocks, we will be glad to arrange for it on the signing of the contract and opening of the lc.



Since we are supplying directly from the holder of the stocks, there will be full control over supplies. The quantity available is 1 million mt and we can enter into a contract for supplies. The price for magnetite iron pellets is USD 70/mt FOB durban, south africa.
