We are Mine Owners and, suppliers of Manganese Ore, Iron Ore and further we are engaged in supply of various Minerals like Iron Ore, Blue Dust, Lime Stone, Marble and Bauxite.
The company had a humble beginning and the foundation was laid for Calcination and processing of Bauxite in the year 1997-98. In last 10 years the company has continuously progressed and at present we are focusing in Konkan area of Maharashtra India.
We have Bauxite Calcination Plant at Village Dhangavan near Jabalpur-which is also known as Marble City of Madhya Pradesh.
Unlike the base metal ores, bauxite powder does not require complex processing because most of the Bauxite mined is of an acceptable grade or can be improved by a relatively simple and inexpensive process of removing clay. In many bauxites ore, clay is removed by some combination of washing, wet screening and cycloning, even by hand picking or sorting
Bauxite is a raw material consisting mainly of alumina-bearing hydroxides, oxides of iron, silicon and titanium with impurities of Ca, Mg, Cr, V, P, Ga and other elements. Basic alumina containing rock forming minerals of bauxites are gibbsite Al (OH) 3, boehmite g-AlO (OH) and diaspore a-AlO (OH) . Besides, bauxites contain minerals of iron: hematite a-Fe2O3, goethite a-FeO (OH) ; silica as quartz a-SiO2 and kaolinite Al2[Si2O5] (OH) 4; titanium dioxide as anatase and rutile. In smaller quantities, bauxites contain calcium and magnesium carbonates, sulphur, impurities of organic substances, etc.
The quality of bauxites for alumina production is estimated by the contents of Al2O3 and SiO2, and also by the mineral form of aluminium oxide. Our Bauxites is of gibbsitic nature that allows producing metallurgical grade alumina with the minimal expenses.
We are having more than 20 hectares of bauxite deposits under our control. These are metallurgical grade bauxites which also can be used for various applications-such as cement, alumina chemical, steel, alum & emery industries, flame retardants, etc.
The data shows that these are high quality gibbsitic bauxites suitable for metallurgical and other applications.
To improve the quality of the mined bauxite we carry out crushing up to the lump size-100 mm + 1 mm and fine fraction separation aiming to increase the content of alumina and to reduce silica content. For this purpose beneficiation, plants having adequate crushing capacity are established directly at mines areas. Bauxite is transported to the clients by trucks and tippers.
High quality bauxites are successfully used for metallurgical grade alumina production; it is also used in cement industry, alumina chemical, steel, alum & emery industries, as flame retardants etc.
