ITS India Pvt Ltd, a hundred percent subsidiary of ITS Holdings ltd- UK started business in India from 2002 by setting up a Machine Shop in Navi Mumbai. The Group has had a rapid growth since inception in India, establishing the Mumbai Machine Shop as a reliable and quality service provider and Opening of our second facility in Kakinada, a hub for the East coast oilfield exploration activities.
The rental market witnessed a real competition to the established players with ITS entering the field with Quality and Reliable equipment. A commitment to India as part of its forward thinking strategy, we now service rental contracts with almost all Operators in the Country.
ITS -India supports the group requirements for Drilling Jars and Energizers from its dedicated manufacturing facility in Taloja, near Mumbai.
The ENERGIE brand drilling Jars are now accepted in India with most Operators including ONGC and have established its track record as a dependable tool across the globe in a short span of time.
The facilities in India are audited and certified to API Spec 5CT, 6A, 7-1, 16A, ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001-2004, OHSAS 18001-2007 and a host of Premium Connections like VAM, JFE BEAR, JFE FOX, Grant Prideco, BTS (Benoit), HUNTING SEAL-LOCK HT, between both locations.
Major bases are situated in the Aberdeen (UK), USA, Venezuela, Colombia, UAE, India, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Egypt, China, Pakistan, Malaysia, Baku, Trinidad, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Iraq (Basra & Kurdistan) and Peru with bases planned for Yemen, Sudan in the coming year.
The Group offers a wide range of services in Rental, Fishing, Casing Running and Manufacture & Repair to the Oil & Gas industry and its services are supported in most bases across the globe.
