Jobs for all kinds of above mentioned operations and their assemblies are undertaken by us. At present we are engaged in subassembly work, upto three levels for M / s Siemens Ltd. And component supply to M / s Larsen & Toubro Ltd.
A die-casting shop having machines ranging from 30 to 600 tons capable of producing components from 0. 5 gms to 2500 gms with in house tool room for die making and periodic maintenance is available with us.
We have a full-fledged machining workshop equipped with the best of machines to meet the most stringent of your quality specifications consistently.
A separate section for finishing (vibro finishing in-house) / powder coating with the latest of equipment ensures timely deliveries as per your schedule. Another section caters to all the assembly work where we take care to maintain the quality and aesthetics of your product.
Testing facilities are also available (e. G. Universal Testing Machine for checking casting strength, hydraulic bench for checking for water tightness etc. ) .
A team of expert supervisors maintains the process parameters to give product quality as per the control plans at every stage of production.
We are in a position to develop and manufacture complete components / products for automobiles, electrical switchgear, switchboard, electrical meters, consumer goods, domestic appliances etc.
