* We produce all varieties of yarn dyed woven fabrics {Both Powerloom & Autoloom Fabrics}
* We have very good long term tie-up with loom centers
based in south India to manufacture 100% cotton or blended yarn dyed fabrics in any constructions suitable for ready to wear garments.

PRODUCTION:

Weaves like [Dobby stripes, Checks, Twills, Satin, Polyester weft ,sateen, madras checks, seersuckkers,oxford herring bone&flannel].
The production capacity is more than 50,000 meters per month.

We have highly efficient technicians & can arrange
* Handloom Swatch - 2 to 3 Days.
* Sample Yardage -20 to 25 Days [50 to 100 Mtrs]
* Bulk Orders - 45 to 70 Days

- Yarns of Semi - Combed, Combed & Carded Used.
- Yarn Quality Parameters of Count, Strength, CSP,
Imperfections being verified before usage.
* Yarn Dyeing:
As per Buyers Fastness / Price Requirements
- Hank Manual Dyeing / Bleaching.
- Machine Hank Dyeing / Bleaching
- Cheese Dyeing & Bleaching in HTHP dyeing machine.
* Weaving Facilities used as per Buyers Requirements :
- Non - Automatic & Semi - Automatic Shuttle Loom.
- Fully Automatic Looms.
- CAM, Dobby, Drop box machine required for specific
Fabrics weave color being utilized.
