We are manufacturing sheet metal pressed and fabricated items for Tata Motors Ltd (Global
MNC), Defence Factories in India ,Hyva India Ltd (A Dutch MNC) , Vendanta Group(UK) ,
TISCO(Global Conglomerate) Growth Shop, Vinar Systems India Ltd at Jamshedpur.

We are manufacturing all sections of Purlins for our customers as well as all SKD'S for our
customers like Heavy Dumper Floors ,Side panels, Trailors , Bus Bodies, EOT Cranes.

Our 5000 mm Hyd shearing & 5000mm Hyd Press Brake ( With Digital Read Out Mechanism) has just
been installed and is a very accurate machine along with Profile cutting machine and 20 Nos of
400 Amps Panasonic Mig Machines,mulitple EOT Cranes ranging from 3 to 10 Tons, along with
Modern Press shop , Welding shop , riveting shop , pre-treatment shop and State of the Art
Side Draft Type Paint Booth of Size 11 mts by 6.5 Mts by 6 mts for painting of Heavy and
voluminous jobs / structures for excellent smooth paint finish.

We practise regular PPAP, SQC techniques for process and quality monitoring at various levels
of production for new and exisiting items and for prototypes, ensure strict P.D.I for zero PPM
at Customer level.
