We have setup up an aluminium foundry with gravity and low pressure die casting process. We have all the in-house facilities to manufacture aluminium components (like melt shop, metal treatment (nitrogen degassing), heat treatment, pattern and die shop, a series of low pressure and gravity die casting machines, core shop, fettling equipment, quality control lab (spectrometer, hydrogen analyzer) etc.
Our auto machining division is leading manufacturer of precision components like cylinder head, cylinder blocks and other automotive components. The customer list includes mahindra & mahindra, tata motors, indofarm, usco italy & many more. Commencing its journey in 1998 nssl amd, has world class machine shop consisting of machining centres, and conventional and special purpose machines, multi-spindle drilling and other state of art machines like serdi valve seat cutting machine. These modern machining systems are supported by appropriate quality assurance systems and equipments such as 3d cmm, electronic height gauge, surface finish tester etc. Delivering high quality products to its customers.
