The company has its own well equipped scientific laboratory to test each and every phase of the production according to the standards set by Agmark and Food Safety Act 2006.
First of all the best quality mustard seeds are purchased from the mandi and cleaned properly. Then it is sent to the automated Kacchi Gani where all the process are monitored by the Skilled labor to obtain the right level of natural pungency in the extracted oil. After this the oil is filtered in three stages to remove all the micro impurities from the oil. The sample of oil obtained oil is now sent the Laboratory for testing as per the prescribed standards set by company. At the end of all the final product is now packed in Food Grade Packing materials (Tins, Jars, Bottles and Pouches) approved by CFRTI, Mysore.
The company is the highest seller of Premium Quality Pure kachi Ghani Mustard oil and Mustard Oil Cake in consumer pack and the Premium quality Mustard cake in India. Engine Brand Mustard Oil & Mustard Cake has a major distribution network in almost all the states of India. Recently company has launched its new products Like Engine Brand Premium quality TIL/SESAM OIL and PICKLES.
