Hilite Industries (P) Limited was established in 1999. We are leading manufacturer of Asbestos Free Gasket materials in India. We produce our Gasket materials by two processes namely :
1. Beater Addition Process
This is a process by which gasket material is made on a paper machine. The advantage is that of lower density and is ideal for Automotive application (Cylinder head Gaskets & Soft Gaskets )
2.Calendering Process
In this process we manufacture Jointing Sheets by curing the material at elevated temperature, under a constant pressure. We make the sheets on German make Troester make calender machine which gives world class quality and makes us stand , head above the competition. Application is Industrial & automotive, soft Gaskets.
