OUR TANNERY
Our own modern tannery, situated at the traditional south Indian leather belt, Chennai, with state of the art technology is well equipped to produce leathers of international standard has a capacity to produce 0.5 million sq.ft. per month of finished leather of various different finishes.
Apart from our own tanneries, we have our tie ups with major tanners in Chennai, Bangalore , Delhi , and Uzbekistan. So finished leather has never been a problem with us.
PROCEDURES & PROCESSES
The company's quality management procedures are in accordance with international quality management procedures. The company believes in the theory of Kai-zen and strives for continuous improvement in its procedures.
Equipped with over 200 modern stitching machines and fully modern laboratories and machinery along with a group of highly qualified specialists. Plant and machinery is being continuously upgraded to keep pace with the rapid development in trade. Our Product development and R&D continuously strives to come out with niche products for our customers in various markets.
