We represent Everblue Apparels Ltd which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Raymonds group. Incorporated in 1925, the Raymond Group is one of India's leading conglomerates having businesses in Textiles, Readymade Garments, Engineering Files & Tools, Prophylactics and Toiletries.

Everblue Apparels Limited is setting up a state of the art denim wear manufacturing facility using the best of processes & state of the art machinery. This unit commences commercial production from April 2005 with a capacity of 10,000 jeans/day from Cut to Pack. The equipment used will be highly automated using micro processors & is being sourced from Juki, Brother, VI.BE.MAC to name a few. We will also have a state of the art washing plant with finishes which would include Laser marking, Grinding,Scrapping,tinting,Permanent crease to name a few. Hence the variety of options on garment look is feasible. The setting up of this unit is a step towards bridging the value chain between manufacturing of fabrics and exporting garments.

Raymonds has the unique capability of producing 20 million meters per annum of high quality ring denims. The capacity is being further enhanced by an additional 15 million metres & the company currently ranks among the top 3 producers in India. A substantial percentage of our production is exported to Europe, South East Asia and North America. Our buyers include trendsetters like Levis, Pepe, Zara, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger & H&M amongst others.
